What’s the most memorable moment for you at EFG?
Within my first few months at EFG, I attended our quarterly employee forum. I had never before seen a company that placed such emphasis on everyone being on the same page and moving in the same direction. It was pivotal to see EFG’s CEO leading this effort not only at the forum itself, but throughout the year.

What are you most excited about at EFG?
I love the company’s stance on embracing change as the industry continues to evolve. In technology alone, we’re seeing drastic changes in how dealerships, agents, lenders and consumers interact with EFG. I’m excited to see how evolving technology benefits both our clients, consumers and our employees.

What is the one best reason to work at EFG?
At EFG, opportunity is endless. We are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and bring them into fruition on a daily basis both within our individual departments and to the company as a whole. And, we are consistently recognized for our contribution by not only direct supervisors but also peers and upper management on a consistent basis. This is especially true when we put in the extra effort to turn something simple into something extraordinary.

If someone asked you what makes EFG better than its competitors, what would you say?
Our values aren’t just something we put in the boiler plate. They dictate how we live and act every single day. Due to some dishonest players, our industry is typically seen in a very negative light by many consumers. But, our values of more than 40 years are changing perceptions and bringing integrity to the industry as a whole. This is why I love working at EFG. Being genuine is important to me.

What are you most excited about at EFG?
I love the versatility that I have in my role as Vice President of Specialty Channels. As the company continues to evolve, I get the opportunity to create new ways to help my clients. There’s always something new to get involved in.

If EFG were a car, what kind would it be and why?
EFG would be a Corvette. EFG is fast and nimble with a long history of cutting-edge performance. The company continually enhances performance by allowing creativity to flourish and making customer satisfaction the forefront of the business.

What are you most excited about at EFG?
I’m excited about how the company is growing and expanding into new markets. This allows for increased possibilities, not only for the company but also the employees. I love to learn, and with EFG there’s always more to learn and expand your experience outside the parameters of your job description. There are also so many different ways to move up in your career.

What’s different about your experience with EFG compared to other companies?
At EFG, I have a strong bond with my coworkers and management. I know that I work with a solid group of people, whom I can rely on to complete projects on time and in the manner promised, as well as in my personal life. I am excited about our efforts to increase our exceptional level of service to current clients while expanding our national footprint. We’re constantly innovating by embracing the changing needs of our clients and their customers. This gives us significant opportunity to provide quality services to dealers, agents and lenders who serve thousands of customers.

What has EFG taught you the most, professionally?
In my time at EFG, I’ve learned many things, but one critical area of growth for me has been learning how to mentor more affectively. At EFG, we place a high importance on navigating through real-world scenarios. In this way, we maximize our mentees’ growth and productivity as well as our own. This has provided me with significant opportunity to better serve my clients by providing new perspectives to addressing and overcoming their challenges.
