The leadership is the greatest differentiator that we have at EFG. It’s such an important piece of what makes our business successful. What is the difference between your experience with EFG and other companies?

I have worked at EFG longer than I’ve been with any other company in the past. This can be attributed to the best work/life balance I have ever experienced in my 25 years of professional life. The generous compensation for my work has been maintained as my responsibilities have changed and as the company itself has adapted to the various challenges of recent years. I have a tremendous sense of fellowship with the different departments, and it is the only company I have ever worked for where the CEO knows my name!

EFG might be described as a Jeep Wrangler. As big as EFG is, it is not too big and never impersonal. Our company is battle tested, just like a Jeep, with a rugged reliability that will carry us into the future.

What are you most excited about at EFG?

I’m excited about how the company is growing and expanding into new markets. This allows for increased possibilities, not only for the company but also the employees. I love to learn, and with EFG there’s always more to learn and expand your experience outside the parameters of your job description. There are also so many different ways to move up in your career.

What is the difference between your experience with EFG and other companies?

At EFG, I have a strong bond with my coworkers and management. I know that I work with a solid group of people, whom I can rely on to complete projects on time and in the manner promised, as well as in my personal life. It’s because of this that I am confident in our ability to expand our capabilities.

What are you most excited about at EFG?

I was blessed with the opportunity to help diversify EFG’s Home Warranty book of business. As the company continues to grow and expand into additional lines of business, I look forward to creating and building on EFG’s offerings by utilizing my skill set and industry knowledge to help develop and launch new products as well as to develop new processes to support these initiatives.

What is the difference between your experience with EFG and other companies?

In my experience while working at EFG, one of the largest differences is the culture that the company promotes, and the staff embodies. The company promotes a DRIVE mentality that has a direct impact on all meeting priorities, and tasks performed daily. There is a real difference between speaking the company values at most companies vs. living the company values, which is what you will experience through the culture of EFG. Because of this I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be part of this amazing team.
