Providing feedback to employees has been around for as long as there have been employees. How you provide constructive feedback hasn’t changed that much, however the frequency has.
Say goodbye to only providing feedback
during the quarterly or annual review. As you employ more Millennials, feedback will be an ongoing process.
Ex. You’re doing great on getting good customer information in the initial meet and greet, but we need to speed that process up. This week, let’s work on shortening the meet and greet and customer interview to 10 minutes.
Remember, every person is different. The frequency and type of feedback given to one person will not necessarily work for another.
