Hello, I just recently have had the opportunity to work with an EFG customer service agent directly. They were most pleasant and were very helpful in getting me to the correct people who were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their service was prompt and I received my payment within a few days, just as they had said. Very courteous and professional. A pleasure to do business with but most importantly they followed through with what they said. A character that is not very often seen in today’s businesses.
