I’m providing this review for Chris Tyner, Director, he stepped up to the plate to assist my husband and I when we were having some challenges dealing with EFG a warranty we inherited with the purchase of our home. Chris has answered my calls every time, provided me details of all next steps, did not let me hanging and most importantly provided exceptional Customer Service!!
