I’m a service advisor and I called in to have a claim considered for approval on behalf of a mutual customer. My Experience with Paul Castle, was by far the best interaction that I’ve ever had with any extended warranty company. He was very willing to help the repair facility as well as the customer. He enjoys helping and working with people, and it shows. He is A GREAT asset to this company, and solely based off my interaction with him I will be recommending EFG Extend warranty to my customers who are seeking an outside warranty coverage.
