I am an advisor at Max RPM Motorsports and had a warranty claim with a X5. Filing warranty claims is never an easy process and they usually want to nickel and dime you on everything. Luckily enough Joe Blakley made it a very easy process. He was very attentive and helped look up everything I didn’t have down already. I appreciate all your help Joe and wish more companies worked like you guys do at EFG!!!
