I would just like to take a moment to convey the most positive experience I’ve had in a very long time pertaining to speaking to someone in customer service. I just got off the phone with a wonderful gentleman by the name of Zane in Customer Service in regards to questions about my warranty pertaining to the claim process. Zane was extremely professional, knowledgeable customer centric and patient with me during our conversation and addressed all of my concerns. I must say, it was my pleasure. In a world where customer service in the modern day is dead almost everywhere you go, it was very nice to have such a positive interaction and see that people still care. I hope that EFG is a company that recognizes great employees as Zane is truly an asset.
