I had to call back because there was some confusion with my claim from the original call. Paul Castle got to the bottom of it quickly and had the claim in order in no time. He made me feel that like my issue was important to him. Paul went out of his way to call me later to make sure I received the email he sent me. Paul is probably the most professional and efficient claims representative I’ve ever worked with and that’s saying something because I’ve been in this business for 30 years.
