EFG is a great company to deal with. It was really smooth for me to make a claim for a client’s vehicle at a Mercedes service shop. I work with a lot of different third party vehicle policies and am asked all the time who are good companies to work with. I can’t always remember all the good ones, but wanted to point out that EFG really stands out and I have to say Blake is a great representative of your company. This was my first time ever having to deal with a Car Warranty and let me tell you, EFG saved me a lot of grief. Adam (Claims adjuster based out of Dallas, I believe) happened to answer the phone and gave me the absolute Best Customer Service I could have asked for during an uncertain time for me. He answered all of my questions, educated me on my warranty and let me know how the process would work. Honestly, Adam made my day and so did EFG with their service. I most definitely recommend going through them when purchasing a vehicle.

My vehicle unfortunately had to be repaired three times under warranty but fortunately it was under EFG! They provided a hassle-free experience, and all three repairs were covered with little-to-no effort on my part. Special shout out to Ray Contu who went above and beyond on a recent claim! My shop, Accuracy Automotive, was just helped tremendously by Joe Blakley over a mutual client’s extended warranty. Joe not only helped with the warranty but found our shop was overcharged for a part by a local business and gave me the information to get reimbursed.
