I’ve been a dealer service advisor for 19 years. Calling in extended warranty claims isn’t exactly a favorite thing to do in our line of work. That’s not the case when calling EFG. These folks are great to deal with. Pleasant and fast. On top of that, Joe Blakely is one of the best claims adjusters I’ve ever dealt with. He is an asset to your company.
