I have worked with EFG for almost 10 years, on the service (claims) and sales side, and by far they are the best finance and insurance/recruiting/training company ever. They are quick to help when you are in need of it, their F&I and sales training is second to none, and they have a proven track record for outstanding reps that know their stuff. Not meaning to sound like a fanboy, but having been in this industry now for over 27 years, I’ve seen a LOT of “wanna-be’s”. EFG is the real deal.

The training offered here is amazing. Jason, as a sales/F&I, trainer is the best. EFG also provided a professional atmosphere throughout all aspects of the training. I would encourage anyone to go, and look forward to a refresher course in the years to come.
