Great service! I purchased a 2014 model in 2020 during the pandemic from a reputable car dealership. I was offered EFG’s car warranty to go along with the purchase and I chose their 4-star option. Purchasing their warranty was the best thing that came from that sale. I wont go into every mechanical issue, but the biggest was a blown engine 2 years after the initial purchase. I’m writing this review and giving 5 stars because EFG companies held their end of the bargain and covered the replacement of my engine and every other issue that incurred prior. There is no doubt that I recommend their car warranty service plan!! The warranty pays for itself.
