Behavior-Based Training with Proven Results
EFG’s staff will conduct all training specifically structured to produce results by:
- Assessing the individual needs of each participant;
- Measuring acceptance and understanding of behaviors being taught; and,
- Measuring success by having the participant demonstrate competence of the trained behaviors.
